GIVEAWAY CHURCH

Among the prophets and teachers of the church at Antioch of Syria were Barnabas, Simeon (called “the black man”), Lucius (from Cyrene), Manaen (the childhood companion of King Herod Antipas), and Saul.  One day as these men were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Appoint Barnabas and Saul for the special work to which I have called them.”  So after more fasting and prayer, the men laid their hands on them and sent them on their way.  Acts 13:1-3 (NLT)

“And immediately he began preaching about Jesus in the synagogues, saying, “He is indeed the son of God!” All who heard him were amazed. “Isn’t this the same man who caused such devastation among Jesus’ followers in Jerusalem?” They asked, "and didn’t he come here to arrest them and take them in chains to the leading priests?”  Acts 9:20-21 (NLT)

“God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.  Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.  For we are God’s masterpiece. GOD IS MOST CONCERNED ABOUT WHO WE’RE BECOMING NOT JUST WHERE WE’RE GOING.
